Intermediate dives with current - divers stay above 70 ft

This area of the island is blessed with some awesome and varied reefs.
From the deep underwater pinnacles that break the surface to sloping reefs that start in 35 ft and end in 130 ft: This area is full of soft corals and barrel sponges and you will most likely meet a lot of Black Durgon fish. The reef gets steeper with a pronounced edge and becomes more rocky. Large schools of Barracudas patrol the edge. Towards the end of the dive we come across Tobago's "Brain Coral", which is reported to be the largest in the world! It is indeed very impressive, in excellent condition and still growing.
